Part I – Important General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to getVIRTUAL (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website getvirtual.in and related services.
By accessing or using our platform, you (“User”, “Client”, or “Space Partner”) agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


2. Nature of Services

getVIRTUAL is an aggregator platform that connects coworking spaces and business centers (“Space Partners”) with clients (“Users” or “Clients”) who require Virtual Office solutions for business registration, GST registration, mailing addresses, and related services.

The platform acts purely as a facilitator or intermediary between the two parties and does not own, manage, or control the coworking spaces listed on it.


3. Registration and User Obligations

To use our services, users must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under their account.
getVIRTUAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, engages in misuse, or violates these Terms.


4. Space Partner Obligations

Space Partners listed on getVIRTUAL must:

  • Provide accurate details of their address, amenities, and Virtual Office services.

  • Ensure that VO documentation (Rent Agreement, NOC, Utility Bill, etc.) is authentic and current.

  • Cooperate in case of GST/ROC verification or physical inspection.

  • Refrain from renewing clients referred through getVIRTUAL directly; all renewals must be routed through the platform.

  • Maintain professionalism and timely communication with clients and getVIRTUAL’s support team.


5. Client Obligations

Clients using getVIRTUAL must:

  • Provide genuine business documents and use the address strictly for lawful purposes.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable GST, ROC, and other statutory laws.

  • Not misuse the address for activities prohibited under law or misrepresentation.

  • Cooperate with the Space Partner or authorities during any verification.

Any misuse or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate suspension of services without refund and may be reported to the concerned authorities.


6. Payment Terms

  • All payments for Virtual Office services must be made through getVIRTUAL’s designated payment channels.

  • The listed service prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Settlement with Space Partners will follow this schedule:

    • Invoices raised between 1st–15th → settled by 25th of the same month

    • Invoices raised between 16th–31st → settled by 10th of the following month

  • getVIRTUAL reserves the right to adjust settlement cycles if delays occur due to verification or document discrepancies.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.


7. Service Duration and Renewal

Each Virtual Office service is valid for 11 months and 29 days, unless otherwise specified.
Renewal of services must be mutually agreed upon before the expiry date.
For clients onboarded via getVIRTUAL, all renewals shall be managed by getVIRTUAL to ensure service continuity and compliance.


8. Limitation of Liability

getVIRTUAL acts solely as a facilitator. The platform:

  • Is not responsible for delays or non-performance by any Space Partner or Client.

  • Does not guarantee the number of leads, conversions, or revenue projections for partners.

  • Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising out of use or misuse of its platform or services.

In no event shall getVIRTUAL’s total liability exceed the service fee paid by the Client for the concerned transaction.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, logos, trademarks, content, and data displayed on getvirtual.in belong to getVIRTUAL or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from the platform is strictly prohibited.


10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal and business data is collected, processed, and shared only to the extent necessary for providing services.
By using the platform, you consent to such use as described in our Privacy Policy.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
In the event of disputes, the parties shall first attempt amicable resolution.
If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.


Part II – Guidelines for Virtual Office

1. Purpose and Usage

Virtual Offices provided through getVIRTUAL are intended solely for legitimate business and compliance purposes, such as:

  • Company registration (Private Limited, LLP, OPC, etc.)

  • GST registration

  • Mailing or communication address

  • Correspondence and courier handling

The address cannot be used as a physical business or trading premise unless explicitly agreed upon with the Space Partner.


2. Documentation Requirements

To activate a Virtual Office service, Clients must provide:

  • Valid Government-issued ID proof

  • Business incorporation or registration documents

  • GST or PAN details (if applicable)

  • Any other supporting documents as required by law or by the Space Partner.

The Space Partner, through getVIRTUAL, shall issue:

  • Rent Agreement

  • NOC (No Objection Certificate)

  • Utility Bill copy (electricity or other)
    These form the essential VO documentation set.


3. Mail Handling and Communication

  • All official correspondence received at the Virtual Office address will be recorded and, where applicable, forwarded to the Client via courier or email.

  • getVIRTUAL or the Space Partner is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage of any third-party mail or courier once dispatched.


4. Compliance and Verification

Clients must ensure that the Virtual Office address is used strictly for legal and registered business purposes.
If any government or GST authority requests verification or inspection, the Space Partner will cooperate as per law.
Failure to comply or respond may lead to suspension or cancellation of the service.


5. Prohibited Use

The Virtual Office address must not be used for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities

  • Storing goods or conducting physical business operations (unless approved)

  • Activities violating government or local laws

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund.


6. Inspection or Visit by Authorities

In case of physical inspection by GST, ROC, or any authorized agency:

  • The Space Partner must allow entry for verification.

  • The Client shall provide supporting documents or clarifications as required.

  • getVIRTUAL will coordinate communication to ensure transparency.


7. Termination of Service

getVIRTUAL may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • False or misleading information is provided by the Client.

  • There is misuse of address or breach of law.

  • Payments are not made as per agreed schedule.

  • Space Partner requests termination due to non-cooperation or legal concerns.

Post-termination, Clients are required to update their business and GST records to remove the address.


8. Disclaimer

While getVIRTUAL ensures a verified partner network and compliant documentation, the platform cannot be held responsible for any misuse of address, delayed verification, or external authority actions.
All users are expected to maintain compliance with GST and ROC regulations independently.
