1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled by getVIRTUAL (“we”, “our”, “us”) for clients and space partners (“you”, “your”) using our Virtual Office and related services.
By availing any service through getvirtual.in, you agree to comply with the terms mentioned herein.
2. Nature of Services
getVIRTUAL functions purely as an aggregator and facilitator, connecting businesses seeking Virtual Office (VO) solutions with verified coworking spaces and business centers across India.
All documentation, payments, and service coordination are managed via getVIRTUAL to ensure authenticity and smooth execution.
3. Service Confirmation
A Virtual Office booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and submission of required documents.
Once confirmed, the process of address allocation and document preparation begins immediately.
4. Cancellation by Client (Before Document Issuance)
- Clients may cancel a booking within 48 hours of payment, provided no Virtual Office documentation (Rent Agreement, NOC, Utility Bill, etc.) has been processed or shared.
- In such cases, a processing fee of 10% of the total invoice value (or ₹1000, whichever is higher) will be deducted.
- The balance amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
5. Cancellation After Documentation Issuance
Once documentation (Rent Agreement, NOC, Utility Bill, etc.) has been prepared or issued, the booking becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the documents are used or submitted further.
This is due to the cost and effort involved in processing real address-based documentation.
6. Cancellation by getVIRTUAL
getVIRTUAL reserves the right to cancel a booking under the following conditions:
- Submission of invalid or forged documents
- Non-compliance with KYC or verification standards
- Non-submission of required documents within the prescribed timeline
- Any misuse or fraudulent activity detected
In such cases, up to 25% of the total invoice amount may be deducted as administrative charges before processing any eligible refund.
7. Delay or Non-Delivery of Documents
In rare situations, if documentation is delayed due to verification issues, third-party delays, or unforeseen administrative challenges, getVIRTUAL will take all reasonable measures to resolve the matter promptly.
If the Virtual Office address cannot be allotted or documents cannot be issued at all, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days.
8. Service Transfer or Substitution
Virtual Office bookings are non-transferable and non-interchangeable.
Once an address is allotted to a particular business or GSTIN, it cannot be reassigned or replaced.
If a client wishes to shift to another location, it will be treated as a new booking with standard applicable charges.
9. Renewals
Virtual Office services are offered for 11 months 29 days and are renewable annually.
Renewal payments, once made, are non-refundable as services and compliance verification begin immediately upon renewal confirmation.
10. No-Show or Non-Usage
If a client fails to utilize the service, upload required documents, or complete verification after payment, the service will still be deemed delivered once documents are prepared or made available.
No refund shall apply in such cases.
11. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
getVIRTUAL is not responsible for delays caused by banks, gateways, or third-party payment processors.
12. Dispute Resolution
All refund or cancellation-related queries must be raised in writing to support@getvirtual.in within 15 days of payment.
Requests beyond this period may not be considered.
Decisions made by getVIRTUAL in such matters shall be final and binding.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
